The new pad is 5,300 sq ft with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms. It has super high ceilings, a huge master bedroom with a spa-like bathroom, and a kitchen stocked with high-end appliances that overlooks the backyard, which has a pool and waterfall.1
The house was built in 2005 and Shaq paid just $1.55 million for the estate, which was about 27% more than the $1.22 million it was listed for in April.2
While the house is quite a bit smaller than the 8-figure estate he formerly owned in Windemere, FL, it’s located in a gated community and should be an excellent place for Shaq to reside while he grows his Big Chicken restaurant chain in the Dallas area.3
