Here’s something peculiar that I stumbled upon recently. I love errors like this. This is a card from the 1994 Stadium Club set featuring Tom Urbani. However, somebody at the factory must have been fatigued and accidentally got the sheets mixed up during the manufacturing process. A few errors here:
- Tom’s last name Urbani wasn’t printed on the front of the card.
- Some other guy’s name plate by the name of Jimenez was printed upside down on the back along with the Stadium Club logo. (Upper left, lower right respectively)
Apparently, this type of thing was relatively common during the early to mid 1990s. How relatively common? Well, that’s all relative.

Pat, I don’t know how “RAD” this cad is, but if you like it. . . then cool Bra!
Haha! I think your comment is just perfect, Dan! 🙂
Can you look into the 1994 Stadium Club Baseball info cards I see there is a set of 7 and a set of 10. The one in question is the set of 10. While I was putting them in numerical order I notice the numbers 1 of 10, 2 of 10…ect
I have 3 card that have a (blank) of 10 on the back of cards but when you look at the front of the cards it has a baseball on it except 2 of the cards the ball is just a ball but 1 has what looks like reprinted autographs. Do you anything about this error I’ve been researching and have come up empty.
Hi Jimmy,
Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, without seeing an image of the card, I wouldn’t be able to offer any feedback on it. The one thing we know is that errors are common in manufacturing with mistakes happening every which way.
Did he say it’s rad? I must have missed that
Hi Ryan,
Thanks for the comment. The site was only 4 days old when this article was published so I think the comment was in reference to the site name.
