2021 Topps Iconic Card Patches is a 50-card set that commemorates key Topps rookie or FTC1 cards and recreated with fabric. It’s actually quite a nice set, but the lack of backs on these fabric cards makes identification challenging. This article was produced so that I can remember what these are since I found the Wade Boggs in a bargain bin last year, and even after talking with the dealer, we had a difficult time pinning down its origin. After confirming the set, I discovered the rarity of these cards are similar in significance to their desirability. That said, I think I did pretty well with the $5 I paid for the Boggs.
