This isn’t the first time Topps used the same card twice in the same year of Archive Signature Series. The fact that this has happened even one time leads me to believe that there was more than one person responsible for buying back cards for this release. Also, Topps either didn’t care about the duplication, or the people responsible for acquisition didn’t communicate with each other. Either way, here’s another instance where there are two “1/1s” of the same card from the same buyback set.
Update 2/3/2024: The card on the left is actually the Limited parallel, which means it’s unique to the base variety on the right.

This appears to be two different cards…
The top card looks to have a basic paper front whereas the bottom card appears to have a foil front. Perhaps it’s just the picture lighting making the top card not appear to have the foil treatment. They certainly appear different though as pictured.

Thanks for the comment. Now come to think of it, upon closer look, the card on the left (top) is the Limited Edition variety. Good catch!
