1999 Finest brought us a bunch of really interesting insert sets complete with refractor parallels. 1999 Finest Franchise Records is a 10-card set that features players with then all-time and single-season franchise records. The set design is attractive due to its detailed etching, team logos, and refractor glow. The pull rates for these cards are high but they appear to be relatively available, which makes set build possible albeit somewhat pricey.
