1994 Select Rookie Surge is an 18-card set featuring emerging talent with cards inserted into packs at a rate of 1:48. The set is brought to life by a brilliant colorful dufex swirl design. These cards really are quite something. Given the mass production of 1994 Select, these cards are available and relatively affordable so set build can be done with minimal effort. The set also includes a Sample card of Cliff Floyd, which was made to promote the set.
